ESR-LOGOS REIT has given the rationale behind its gearing level, which has typically hovered around the 41% mark.
ESR-LOGOS REIT is the entity that was formed in May 2022 after the merger between ESR-REIT and ARA LOGOS logistics Trust.
The REIT has a portfolio of 83 industrial and logistics assets, most of which are located across Singapore.
It is also presently the most indebted REIT among its peers in the industrial and logistics sector when measured by gearing levels, as seen in data compiled on the Singapore REITs table.
The REIT recently reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 0.737 cents for its 2Q 2022, which represents a year-on-year rise of 1.9%.
