SF REIT has reported a higher portfolio overall for the six months ended 30 June 2022, but government regulations have bogged down performance at one of its assets.

In response to questions from REITsWeek, CEO of SF REIT’s manager, Hubert Chak, disclosed that the regulations have come from various levels.

SF REIT announced on 18 August that it has achieved a revenue of HKD197.5 million for its 1H 2022.
