Starhill Global REIT, a mixed-commercial REIT with mainly retail assets, intends to increase the proportion of office assets in its portfolio.

The REIT presently has a portfolio of 10 retail and office assets across Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore.

But Starhill Global REIT currently derives about 85% of its revenue from its retail properties including the two prime malls on Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping belt - Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City.
