CapitaLand Ascendas REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

The fund outflow came amid reports that leasing volumes for Singapore industrial spaces have fallen for the first time in 11 years.

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is a Singapore-heavy landlord, with a portfolio of mostly industrial spaces across the country.
