IREIT Global has addressed concerns over the possibility that B&M might vacate any of the 17 assets it is acquiring.

These concerns have arisen amid the high-profile departure of Deutsche Telekom AG from Darmstadt Campus that has now become emblematic of the REIT’s biggest Achilles heel - tenant concentration.

IREIT Global is a Singapore-listed but Europe-focused mixed commercial REIT with a portfolio of five office properties in Germany, five office assets in Spain, and 27 retail properties in France.
