Keppel DC REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.
During the trading period that began on 12 June, the REIT saw an SGD23 million net outflow of institutional funds.
The fund outflow came amid mounting concerns over the bankruptcy of Cyxtera, a Florida-based data centre operator that is also a tenant to several Singapore-listed REITs, including Keppel DC REIT.
