Nippon REIT Investment Corporation (Nippon REIT) is acquiring a portfolio of six residential assets in Osaka, Tokyo and Nagoya for JPY4,535 million.
In conjunction with this, the REIT is also disposing of one of its assets in Osaka known as Imazaki Mansion for JPY1,050 million.
“Nippon REIT recognises that it is an essential strategy to implement asset replacement with precise timing to maintain and improve portfolio competitiveness from a medium-to long- term perspective while expanding AUM”, said the REIT on 4 July.
