LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT has completed a project to construct a cold storage facility on the premises of an asset in Chiba, Japan.
The asset, LOGIPORT Kitakashiwa, is now equipped with a cold storage warehouse, which would enhance its appeal to more tenants that might require such a facility.
