ESR-LOGOS REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.
The REIT is a Singapore-heavy industrial landlord that owns a portfolio of warehouses, factories and business parks across the Asia -Pacific region.
During the trading week that began on 22 July, ESR-LOGOS REIT saw an SGD3.8 million outflow of institutional funds.
