SF REIT reports 1.6% rise in revenue for 1H 2024

SF REIT has reported that its revenue for 1H 2024 amounted to HKD222.3 million.

This is an increase of 1.6% year-on-year.

Accordingly, the REIT’s net property income was HKD181.1 million, an increase of 2.3%.
