Australia-listed BWP Trust has reported an interim distribution of 8.93 Australian cents for its interim distribution.
This is an increase of 1.7% over what was reported by the REIT in the corresponding period of its previous financial year.
The increase came on the back of a 2.5% like-for-like rental growth for the 12 months to 31 December 2018.
