CapitaLand Ascendas REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.
The REIT saw an SGD7.2 million net outflow of institutional funds during the trading period that began on 4 December.
CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is an industrial landlord that owns a portfolio of mostly high-tech manufacturing spaces and data centres, the majority of which are located in Singapore.
