Keppel DC REIT has reported a 13.2% increase in its second-half 2024 distribution per unit (DPU) to 4.902 cents, driven by strategic acquisitions and strong rental reversions.

For the full year ending 31 December 2024, DPU rose 0.7% year-on-year to 9.451 cents, showcasing the REIT’s ability to deliver stable returns to unitholders despite challenges such as higher financing costs and foreign exchange impacts.

The REIT's ross revenue for FY2024 reached SGD310.3 million, a 10.3% year-on-year increase, while net property income grew by 6.3% to SGD260.3 million.
