DBS Equity Research has maintained its bullish stance on Cromwell European REIT despite a recent correction in its unit price.

The bank has cited the REIT’s attractive yield, and long WALE as factors that would eventually herald a steady rise in share price over time.

Cromwell European REIT has acquired 22 office and logistics properties for EUR377 million (USD427 million) on a net initial yield of 6.2%-8.9%.
