Sabana REIT’s lease with its tenant that is currently occupying 10 Changi South Street 2 is being terminated.

The lease, which has been in the spotlight recently due to outstanding rental arrears of its tenant, will terminate on 12 December 2019.

Sabana REIT first alerted investors in early-September 2018 that the tenant, Adviva Distribution Pte Ltd, has failed to pay rent, and that DPU for end-2018 might be affected by the outstanding arrears.
