Keppel DC REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

The fund outflow came in the wake of revelations that the REIT has yet to specify a timeline for which it expects to resolve the challenges posed by a delinquent tenant in China.

Keppel DC REIT is a Singapore-heavy data centre REIT that owns a portfolio of assets outside the country, including China.
