CapitaLand Ascendas REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT acquired by institutional investors last week.

The REIT saw an SGD9.5 million net inflow of institutional funds over the trading period that began on 25 March.

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is an industrial REIT that owns a portfolio of mostly Singapore-located high-tech manufacturing assets and data centres.
