A subsidiary of private equity firm Seletar Investments has acquired 296.6 million units of Singapore-listed logistics REIT, Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT).

Units of the REIT were transferred to the subsidiary, Aranda Investments, from Meranti Investments on 28 March via a married deal as part of a sale and purchase agreement.

Meranti Investments is a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments, while Seletar Investments is in turn a subsidiary of state-backed sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Capital.
