Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT) has made further progress in its bid to reduce exposure to non-core markets by divesting an office asset in Poland.

The asset, which is located at Grojecka in Warsaw, Poland, has been divested by the REIT for EUR15.86 million, it disclosed on 3 April.

It features 10,864 square metres of net lettable area across eight floors, and 105 parking spaces.
