Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

During the trading period that began on 8 April, the REIT saw an SGD10.3 million net outflow of institutional funds.

MLT is a Singapore-heavy logistics REIT that owns a portfolio of warehouses across the Asia-Pacific region.

The latest fund outflow came amid news that a subsidiary of MLT’s sponsor, Mapletree Investments, has disposed of nearly 300 million units of the REIT.
