Champion REIT reports 4.1% decline in net property income

Champion REIT has announced total rental income of HKD1,115 million for its 1H 2024.

This is a decrease of 4.5% on a year-on year basis from the HKD1,1168 million that was reported in 1H 2023.

Champion REIT is a Hong Kong-listed commercial REIT that owns two office complexes and one shopping mall across the territory.

The REIT also owns a minority interest in a Central London commercial asset.
