Starhill Global REIT has come forward to address investors’ concerns over falling rents or valuations recorded at several of its assets.

These assets include Wisma Atria, which is presently undergoing an SGD15 million asset enhancement initiative (AEI) and The Starhill, which completed an MYR175 million AEI in December 2021.

Starhill Global REIT is a mixed commercial landlord with a portfolio of 10 office and retail assets across Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.
